Our Work -
🎙️ My Journey Through Talks, Webinars & Seminars
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my voice across a variety of platforms — from national webinars and academic seminars to workshops, student orientations, and guest lectures.
Each session has been an opportunity to connect, educate, and spark conversations around Transfusion Medicine, clinical communication, and the evolving role of healthcare professionals in today’s world. This space is a reflection of that journey — a growing collection of the sessions I’ve delivered with passion and purpose. By showcasing these engagements, I hope to:
-
Document the milestones in my professional journey
-
Offer a glimpse into the themes I care deeply about
-
Build trust and collaboration with peers, learners, and institutions
-
Inspire others in the field to speak, share, and lead
-
Whether you're a fellow educator, a future collaborator, or a curious visitor — welcome to this curated archive of my work so far.
🩸 Let’s keep learning, leading, and growing together.

Fresher's Fiesta 2025
I recently conceptualized and hosted the “Freshers’ Fiesta 2025”, a Two-days National-level Orientation Webinar tailored exclusively for newly joined residents in Transfusion Medicine (IHBT) and early career professionals across India.
This first-of-its-kind initiative brought together 20+ expert speakers from national to global, with diverse backgrounds—academia, clinical leadership, national bodies, and global associations—who shared rich insights on:
🩸Digital innovation in transfusion practice
🩸Total Quality Management for robust blood center operations
🩸Voluntary Blood Donation campaigns beyond awareness
🩸Career pathways, fellowships & global transitions
🩸Educational strategies, soft skills & leadership development
What made it even more special?
We had 180+ participants from across 22 states—including junior residents, senior residents, independent consultants, and early-career professionals—coming together in an interactive and engaging format.
It was more than a webinar; it was a movement toward building a confident, future-ready transfusion medicine community

Transfusion Arena Mentorship Program
🎙️ The Art of Communication for Future Transfusion Leaders 🩸💬
This week, I had the privilege of delivering a lecture on a topic very close to my heart — "The Art of Communication" — to the bright and aspiring minds of Transfusion Medicine as part of the Transfusion Arena Mentorship Program (TRAM) from across the globe.
🧠 In a field driven by precision, science, and life-saving decisions, communication is not a soft skill — it's an essential one.
Whether it's:
⭐Speaking with empathy to a donor or patient’s family
⭐Coordinating with clinical teams
⭐Presenting data to stakeholders
⭐Or mentoring the next generation...
🗣️ Our ability to listen deeply, express clearly, and connect authentically determines not just how we lead — but how we create impact.
It was truly heartening to see the curiosity, participation, and reflective thinking in this session.

Honored to be a Speaker at AIIMS Nagpur CME on Transfusion Medicine!
Stepping onto the platform as a faculty speaker at the CME on Transfusion Medicine, organized by the AIIMS Nagpur Faculty of Transfusion Medicine, was an experience to cherish! A big thank you to Dr Soumya Das ma'am for the opportunity and Dr Parag Fulzele sir, and Rounak Dubey sir and the entire department for the warm hospitality and for curating such an insightful academic event.
I had the opportunity to speak on Donor Recruitment in the Era of Social Media, a topic close to my heart. With digital transformation reshaping voluntary blood donation, social media has become a powerful tool to engage, educate, and motivate donors.
From viral campaigns to influencer collaborations, the potential is immense—but so is the responsibility to ensure ethical, data-driven, and impactful donor motivation strategies.
Engaging with an audience passionate about transfusion medicine, exchanging ideas, and discussing real-world challenges made this experience truly rewarding. It’s always inspiring to see the enthusiasm for innovation in blood donor recruitment!

My First National Faculty Speaker Experience! Transcon 2024
Today, I’m filled with immense gratitude and pride as I share a milestone I’ve dreamt of for so long—stepping onto the stage as a Faculty Speaker at a National Conference for the very first time! And as the youngest Faculty!😇
Standing before a room of esteemed colleagues, mentors, and stalwarts in the field of transfusion medicine, I had the privilege to present my work, an opportunity that felt both humbling and exhilarating. Sharing the stage at Transcon 2024, Gujrat, with some of the brightest minds was an honor I will cherish forever. 🥂
This experience has been a testament to the power of perseverance, learning, and the support of a community that believes in lifting each other up. It reminded me why I chose this field and how much more there is to explore and contribute. 💫
A heartfelt thank you to all those who have guided me on this journey—my mentors, peers, and the wonderful audience that encouraged me.
This is just the beginning, and I’m more motivated than ever to keep pushing boundaries and making a difference in transfusion medicine.

🌍 World Blood Donor Day 2025 by ISTM
| Wrapping Up a Powerful Month of Purpose | Speaker Reflections 🩸
What a meaningful way to conclude a month-long celebration dedicated to the spirit of voluntary blood donation!
Kudos to the Indian Society of Transfusion Medicine (ISTM) for envisioning not just a day, but an entire month of awareness, action, and advocacy around World Blood Donor Day 2025.
It was an absolute honor and a truly humbling experience to be invited as a faculty speaker on 30th June 2025. I had the privilege of speaking on a topic close to my heart – “Social Media Handling for Donor Motivation”.
🎯 In today’s digital age, social platforms are not just tools for connection—they are powerful channels to build awareness, spark empathy, and cultivate a culture of voluntary blood donation. In a world driven by digital conversations, our ability to inspire, educate, and emotionally connect with potential donors online has never been more crucial.
What made the session even more special was how ISTM brought together a dynamic line-up of young, passionate voices to discuss coming-of-age topics relevant to today’s transfusion landscape—forward-thinking, relevant, and deeply inspiring.
